La Fabrique de Maëv is the pastry chef and caterer at the Albizia shopping centre. Maëva, a former specialist support worker turned pastry chef, prepares her creations there with Steven.
On the menu: entremets, layer cakes and personalised cakes (numbers, hearts), macarons, Paris-Brest, tarts, cupcakes and cake pops — French patisserie alongside treats of British and American inspiration. There are also made-to-measure sweet and savoury buffets for events large and small: birthdays, christenings and receptions.
Orders are taken on quotation, by telephone or through the website. Free parking makes collecting an order easy.
